Our products are digital

The Mum Conundrum sells digital products, including the Modern Mum Reset Kit, the Partner Brief, the Family Power Pack, and any other guides or downloads offered through this site. As soon as your purchase is complete, you are given instant access to download or open your product.

Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, they cannot be returned, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Once your purchase is complete and you have access, the sale is final.

We keep this clear on purpose. Every product page sets out exactly what is included and what the product is for, so you know what you are getting before you buy.

If you have trouble accessing your purchase

If anything goes wrong with downloading or opening your product, we want to make it right. Email us at info@themumconundrum.com and we will help you get access sorted as soon as we can.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other consumer protection laws that apply to you. If a product is faulty or significantly not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under those laws, and this policy does not take that away.
